Part of the American Airlines Corporate Headquarters campus, the new five-story,164,200-SF ground-up Credit Union building houses their main flagship branch. The project included core and shell and full interior finish-out, along with surface parking. The new Credit Union accommodates 780 employees and vendors with general office space consisting of open workstations, conference rooms, meeting areas, production rooms, breakrooms, vendateria, data center, a corporate board room and other ancillary spaces to support business and facility needs. The building obtained a LEED Gold certification.
Payroll and human resources technology company Paycom Software built a new a 4-story, 150,000-SF Texas Operations Center campus on 14 acres in Grapevine, Texas. CEC provided turn-key HVAC and plumbing build services for each of these buildings. Work included installation of the HVAC in the below grade training & production areas and mechanical equipment in the data center. The team installed approximately 1,000 tons of air conditioning.
CEC is providing electrical for The Offices III at Frisco Station, a 210,000-SF, Class-A speculative office building. The new building marks the third office building for the office district at Frisco Station, the 242-acre mixed-use project located at the northwest quadrant of the Dallas North Tollway and Warren Parkway.
Building amenities will include structured parking, a fitness center, conference center and tenant lounge. The building will have robust communications and power infrastructure that includes multiple fiber optic providers.
Frisco Station is adjacent to the Dallas Cowboys’ world headquarters and is within walking distance to more than 50 retail, restaurant and entertainment options between The Hub at Frisco Station, the development’s planned entertainment district, and The Star.
