Scheels Sports Store
This new mega-sports store includes 331,000-SF of retail adventure: 85-plus specialty shops, an indoor 65-foot Ferris Wheel and 16,000-gallon saltwater aquarium and much more. Scheels is part of the Grandscape destination, a 433-acre development that features 3.9 million-SF of retail, entertainment, hospitality and office space.
The Epic
This new $75 million water park-anchored development brings a large recreational hub to the City of Grand Prairie. The Epic boasts to be the finest health/wellness/life enrichment/water park/recreation center in all of America. This project includes a library, amphitheater at Central Park, trails, an all-accessible playground, a grand lawn, and outdoor water attractions.
Restoration Hardware Gallery
The 3-story, 100,000-SF project replaces several old retail buildings on the southeast corner of Knox and Cole Avenue in Downtown Dallas – including one that previously housed Restoration Hardware’s long-time retail store. Along with a new retail store, the project also includes a restaurant and parking garage.
