Hyatt Regency Stonebriar Hotel
The new 303-room, 15-story Hyatt Regency Stonebriar is one of the largest hotel projects in Dallas’ northern suburbs. The hotel is attached to Stonebriar Centre on the second floor and will be located between Dillard’s and Nordstrom. The project features a 54,585-SF conference center, including a grand ballroom, junior ballroom and additional event spaces as well as an 800-space parking garage.
Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center
The Gaylord expansion is the newest development at the sprawling Gaylord Texan Resort and Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas. At over 347,000-SF, this expansion project added 303 luxury guestrooms and suites, and 150,000-SF of new meeting rooms and ballroom space. Situated between the existing hotel entry and parking garage, the project posed logistical challenges that required thoughtful planning, constant coordination with the property management, and effective execution to make the project a success for all stakeholders.
Hotel Drover
Hotel Drover is a multimillion-dollar luxury, rustic resort built from the ground up with the Old West in mind. The 200-room hotel will boast a signature restaurant in 97 West, serving regional cuisine led by an executive chef. In addition, an event barn and lush backyard area dappled with hundreds of lights will complement a broad view of the Fort Worth skyline.
