As a jobsite leader, you will be responsible for the work carried out by your team. Duties may include planning workloads and delegating tasks to your colleagues. A maintenance technician is responsible for the upkeep of a facility or fielding service calls to an apartment building, business office, or industrial facility. Techs are skilled in a variety of areas including plumbing and electrical systems. Duties include inspecting buildings, maintaining inventory, and scheduling repairs on all kinds of electrical and mechanical systems.
