The 3-story, 100,000-SF project replaces several old retail buildings on the southeast corner of Knox and Cole Avenue in Downtown Dallas – including one that previously housed Restoration Hardware’s long-time retail store. Along with a new retail store, the project also includes a restaurant and parking garage.
