West Coast University, a California-based vocational college, reached a deal with the city of Richardson in 2019 to move its Texas nursing and health care school to a three-story building on North Central Expressway. The University plans to convert the 136,000-SF vacant office building into a campus that could house more than 1,000 students. The work is scheduled for completion in 2021.
