Eataly is an authentic Italian marketplace that made its Texas debut at NorthPark Center in Dallas, Texas.
The 46,000-SF Italian food emporium features:
The marketplace is inspired by the diversity of Italy’s regional cuisines. Founded in Turin, Italy in 2007, Eataly is a mega-shopping and eating experience, with restaurants, bakery, wine shop, and retail store. The name Eataly combines two words “eat” plus “Italy.”
Parkand Red Bird Health Center is a revitalization project at the former Red Bird Mall in Dallas, Texas. The 40,000-SF comprehensive primary-care health clinic opens in 2021 in a space once occupied by Dillard’s. The Parkland clinic is one of the many highly anticipated additions to the new ‘reimagined’ Red Bird mall, as the redevelopment is being branded.
The once-popular shopping center is nestled between Highway 67 and Interstate 20 in Southern Dallas County. Developers are turning abandoned retail spaces into a catalyst for community change, calling it a live-work-play destination that clearly puts an emphasis on living well.
West Coast University, a California-based vocational college, reached a deal with the city of Richardson in 2019 to move its Texas nursing and health care school to a three-story building on North Central Expressway. The University plans to convert the 136,000-SF vacant office building into a campus that could house more than 1,000 students. The work is scheduled for completion in 2021.
The school has been in Dallas since 2012. It has four facilities in Southern California and a location in Miami.
